Gate 40 Roma Hotel - Rome

We had a spacious and quiet room with a great street view.

Greatly enjoyed the private single room I was given, it had an iron with ironing board, a work desk, and coffee/tea making equipment. Location: the hotel was next to the owner's restaurant ' Piccadilly Roma ' across the street as well as a market down in the street.

This is a perfect place, with central location and big size rooms. The restaurant is pleasant, with competent staff...

The food is excellent, the hotel is nice, and the location is magnificent, being close to all the sights you would want to see, and the rooms are in good condition.

A very attentive owner of the hotel, immediately after booking contacted us through WhatsApp, organized a transfer from the airport. The subway stop is 100 meters away. Many attractions, shops, restaurants are within walking distance.

Excellent location, the subway is meters away, supermarkets and cafes are nearby, a lot of shops, in general, a nice area. there is a kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator, no kettle or microwave.a friendly owner.

Incredibly nice staff. Marvellous location just off local eateries, the historical center, and a market. Large, new-fashioned room with all equipment. Very comfy bed. Electric kettle, refrigerators, and an oven were nice.

Excellent location - the subway is really two steps away. there are a lot of shops with very decent things and brands around - you can start shopping right away)

The room was exceptionally clean with all the amenities needed, a very comfortable bed, and smoke detectors for safety, alongside fast check-in and accommodating staff for late check-out.
